It reminds us that that perfect balance, stalemate, is not our goal.

In our leadership scenario we want to consider both sides of an issue, we need to balance organization needs to personal needs, we want to keep our personal lives in perspective. I personally think that politics offers better solutions when those solutions are somewhere near the center of the political/opinion spectrum.

Your comment is a reminder that perhaps we are generally looking for a point near but not at the balance point.

Thanks for the thoughtful comment.
Don

Interesting subject, I recently read a book which ...

Interesting subject, I recently read a book which had some interesting concepts of gaining balance in life through thoughtful organization techniques. I've always admired people who lead by example and recently visited a mentor's home to understand his organization techniques to test one of the concepts I was interested in adopting and realized that this has to be an overall stratgy coupled with tactical everyday items get results, I also noticed he's made a lifestyle of leadership through an organized and balanced approach to his everyday life.

Thanks,

Mitch

Balance is important, but it must also remembered ...

Balance is important, but it must also remembered that balance is a transitory stage where nothing really happens. :)
